What You Can Expect: Summer Internship Dates: Wednesday, 6/1/2027 - Wednesday, 8/11/2027 (10 weeks) Onboarding (Bloomington, IL): 6/1/2027 - 6/4 2027 Hours: Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per week Due to the short duration of the summer program, it is an expectation that hired interns will be available for the duration of the summer internship with little to no disruption in work schedule. Pay: $28.00/hour . In addition, interns selected for our summer internship program will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend (minus applicable taxes)! Work Arrangement: HYBRID: Selected interns should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment. Qualifications
We Are Looking For The Following: Current 2029 and 2030 graduating class majoring in business (e.g., marketing, finance, business administration) communications (e.g., journalism, communications, writing), Technology (Human systems design, Business Technology, etc.) or related majors. GPA 3.5/4.0 preferred Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to organize information, identify key takeaways, make connections, and develop logical conclusions. Strong written and oral communication skills, including attention to detail, synthesizing information, clearly conveying insights, and tailoring communication to different audiences. Interpersonal and collaboration skills, including the ability to foster productive relationships, ask thoughtful questions, incorporate feedback, and work effectively with others. Organizational
