Meet the Team The Finance Department provides best in class advice, support and control to our businesses and investors through an experienced and dedicated global team. The role will support the centralization of finance activities into Bangalore, with a primary focus on Bank Reconciliations and related finance operations. In addition, the role will support selected centralized activities such as bank account maintenance, POA execution / renewal, and other operational finance processes as required. An ideal candidate with a sound finance / accounting background, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage reconciliations, month-end activities, and stakeholder coordination across regions.
What You'll Do
Working knowledge of Oracle and other finance / workflow systems used in day-to-day operations. Perform bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts and legal entities within agreed timelines. Investigate, track, and resolve unreconciled items / reconciling breaks in coordination with relevant stakeholders. Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal support, and balance substantiation where applicable. Assist with bank account maintenance activities, including documentation, updates, and stakeholder coordination. Support POA execution, renewals, and related tracking / documentation requirements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Asia, EMEA, and the US to support centralized finance processes. Support process migration / transition activities, including knowledge transfer, documentation, SOP updates, and process mapping. Prepare and maintain reconciliations, trackers, schedules, and supporting files. Respond to requests for information from internal teams, reviewers, and auditors, where applicable. Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and efficiency enhancement. Support ad hoc finance, reporting, and operational projects as assigned. What You Bring 2 to 5 years post-qualification. Any Grad with relevant corporate accounting experience. Good knowledge of Oracle and other accounting systems. Excellent analytical and communication skills (both oral and written) required. Strong excel skills and accounting software knowledge. Excellent time management skills. Ability to multi-task as well as meet short deadlines in a demanding environment. Solid analytical skills and judgment – strong attention to detail. Team player and good interpersonal skills.
