Job Family Definition: Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote (offsite) service; customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery. Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic initiatives onsite. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence skills, with proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. This role is fully onsite at customer location. What you’ll do: Lead end-to-end project management activities, from initiation, execution, Operation and maintenance through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Drive project execution using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Drive Continuous Service Improvement process by recommending best implementation and operational practices Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, transparency, and collaboration. Monitor and report project progress, performance, and outcomes to leadership and steering committees.

Management – Coordinate and Lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture and define roles and responsibilities as per RFP and project requirements        Maintain team roaster and align business goals with engineers. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, and regulatory requirements. Manage and ensure project delivery as per the agreed Project Financials Coordinate across teams to ensure RFP and Statutory compliance, project SLAs, monitoring and reporting.
