What this opportunity involves: Acting as a trusted advisor within an established national team, you'll support a fast-paced, high-volume Parcel Locker portfolio for an iconic Australian brand. This role is central to delivering property portfolio management excellence, promoting and implementing best practice across a geographically dispersed mix of leased premises. You'll be the single point of accountability for the portfolio, providing end-to-end execution of license options and renewals, lifecycle management, landlord relationship oversight, and portfolio governance. This position demands a highly organized, outcome-focused professional who takes clear ownership of tasks, follows issues through to resolution, and maintains momentum in a complex, deadline-driven environment. Success requires a strong bias for action, the ability to manage competing priorities and inputs from multiple stakeholders, and a disciplined approach to accuracy, controls and delivery across an operationally critical leasehold portfolio. Working collaboratively across the broader Account and Real Estate Management Services (REMs) business, you'll act as a subject matter expert, strengthening governance, reducing portfolio risk and improving landlord outcomes. Key Responsibilities include: Manage end-to-end execution of license options, renewals and critical date management across the Parcel Locker portfolio Build and maintain strong landlord relationships, coordinating timely resolution of complaints, disputes, statutory enquiries and operational issues Oversee portfolio governance, reporting and expenditure, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contract deliverables Maintain accurate portfolio records, documentation and systems in line with governance and audit requirements to reduce risk Coordinate seamlessly across key stakeholder groups including the Out of Home Team, Property, Paralegal and Lease Administration functions Provide subject matter expert advice to clients and internal teams on property and portfolio management best practices Monitor lease compliance obligations and interpret lease terms to support decision-making and mitigate exposure Deliver clear, concise communication and reporting to stakeholders, balancing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment Sounds like you?
