•    Provides day-to-day problem-solving support to production  •    Participating as a team member on assigned engineering projects •    Support manufacturing process improvement and optimization •    Provide trouble shoots to process, equipment issues and life management, identifies root cause and corrective actions •    Support technology transfer and manufacturing process improvements, including equipment installation, process optimization, and documentation. •    Analyze engineering and production data to support process improvement activities and experiments. •    Support digital manufacturing and automation-related improvement projects. •    Support equipment maintenance/recovery activities and post-maintenance performance ramp-up. Education & Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering or other engineering related •    2 years’ work experience or above •    Process engineering skills (quantitative skills, coursework in engineering statistics or other statistical training) •    Familiar with design of experiment concept and methodology Required Skills

•    Good project management skills •    Logical thinking to deal with complex problems in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment •    Good English comprehension in listening, spoken, writing and reading.  •    Ability to utilize computer programs and Statistic skills for data analysis and modeling •    Experience in implementing DMAIC methodology or leading 6-sigma project •    Ability to work effectively with cross function team members •    Good communication skills •    Good presentation skill Desired Skills
