Role purpose: This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing Regulatory Change Management Enterprise Governance, Oversight and Reporting team within Global Regulatory Change Management (GRCM), part of Northern Trust’s Chief Operating Office. The team provides leadership across the Lines of Defense to promote consistent adoption of the Regulatory Change Management Standard, strengthen regulatory risk management practices, improve transparency of regulatory implementation activities, and support the firm's ability to demonstrate compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. The Analyst will help drive consistent adoption and alignment with the RCM process across the organization. This is a non-client-facing, non-revenue-generating individual-contributor role. The Analyst is expected to take ownership of assigned activities, work autonomously within established procedures, collaborate actively across related teams and seek support when needed. The successful candidate will anticipate patterns and wider implications, communicate unusual or complex content clearly and contribute practical solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
