Project Management Associate

Grade Level (for internal use): 07 The Role: The Project Management team within Loan Operations & Shared Services is seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Associate to support strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. As part of the team, you will contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen stakeholder engagement, support automation efforts, and improve performance reporting. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional partners while gaining broad exposure to syndicated loan operations, data driven insights, client experience improvements, and internal business metrics. Working hours aligned to US Eastern Time Responsibilities: The Associate role supports a global project team responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing initiatives across Loan Operations (ClearPar) & Shared Services. The ideal candidate will contribute to project coordination, data analysis, reporting, and operational improvement efforts with an increasing focus on automation and data driven insights Coordinate cross-functional project activities by facilitating communication between teams, scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring stakeholder alignment on deliverables. Support managers and team leads in tracking and reporting project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs, while maintaining accurate project trackers and documentation repositories. Build and maintain dashboards and analytical reports using Tableau and Excel to provide operational visibility and support data-driven decision making. Use advanced Excel and analytical tools to perform data analysis, support business process optimization, and prepare high quality presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements, implement workflow enhancements, and contribute to automation initiatives, including selective use of AI or predictive analytics where appropriate. Monitor project timelines and risks, identify potential delays or issues, and escalate concerns to appropriate leadership to support timely resolution. Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support evolving team and organizational priorities.
