Responsibilities
Foster relationships with leaders, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand and best address questions that can be informed by analyses of our people data. Pull relevant data from our systems or other sources and ensure data accuracy. Formulate and run appropriate analyses to answer stakeholders’ key questions. Draw accurate conclusions from analyses, distill insights into deliverables, and communicate your findings to stakeholders. Design and administer surveys, consulting on the measurement of employee experiences and sentiments, and advising partners on the use of HR data. Wrangle new data sources into our database and work with the technical team to create insightful new dashboards. The proportion of the role focused on analyses or presenting will vary depending on the interests and skills of the candidate.
Education and Experience
Experience with Excel, R/Python, SQL, PowerBI, or Tableau is desired. BA/BS Degree w or BS degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in this space. 2+ years People Analytics experience is preferred.
