About this role
The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center. Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities. Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data. Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards. Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System. Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. 1+ year experience in maintenance, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment (or equivalent hands-on mechanical experience). Basic knowledge of common tools and maintenance practices (hand tools, power tools, lubrication, fastening, basic mechanical repair). Ability to follow written procedures, safety rules, and maintenance checklists. Comfortable working in a shop/facility environment (standing, walking, lifting, noise, PPE requirements).
