LAC Transactional Risk Leader

Company: Marsh Description: Advises clients on the appropriate placement of their portfolio to decrease their risk exposure. Proposes new solutions around reinsurance placement for clients based on financial data, reinsurance policies and quantitative analyses from junior colleagues. Develops new initiatives based on risk information and information from prior client cases to help clients mitigate risk in reinsurance. Establishes and maintains relationships with new and existing clients and reinsurers to grow the business. Partners with Executive Leadership to determine the strategic vision of the firm and to lead the team in reaching their financial targets. Motivates team members to improve their understanding of financial and strategy advisory by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
