We are seeking an ATS Business Support Manager to lead a team supporting Caterpillar's Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) business. In this role, you will provide leadership, coaching, and development for a team focused on dealer and customer support, operational execution, and business process improvement. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, operations, and dealer-facing teams to strengthen customer relationships, enhance team capability, improve documentation and processes, and support the continued growth of the business.

Lead, coach, and develop a team supporting the ATS business and dealer network. Drive team performance through training, mentoring, and continuous development. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and cross-functional partners. Improve and maintain business processes, documentation, and operational tools. Support new product introductions and business growth initiatives. Partner with leadership to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and help shape strategy. What You Will Have Tactical and Strategic Planning: Working knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational, tactical and strategic planning in support of the overall business plan. Monitors progress of work against plan as required to meet objectives. Reports variances and makes agreed-upon corrections. Problem Solving: Working knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. Develops alternative techniques for assessing accuracy and relevance of information. Helps to analyze risks and benefits of alternative approaches and obtain decision on resolution. Customer/Market Focus: Working knowledge and understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value. Focuses product and service features and functions on the customer's critical success factors. Delivers customer value within parameters of profitability and other targets. Managing People: Working knowledge of processes involved in managing people; ability to lead successful teams and diligently address issues related to performance and conflicts at the workplace. Reviews progress and performance of employees; addresses bottlenecks or concerns impending employee growth.
