Standard Job Description As a Field Sales Support Systems Engineer – Level 3 you will be responsible for leading the supply‑chain logistics effort for the IPT, ensuring timely status reporting, asset provisioning, and repair coordination while supporting contract deliverables. Your responsibilities will include: - Provide status updates to customers and management on supply demand and delivery schedules. - Ensure ALIS provisioning requirements are in place to receive assets and track repair actions. - Maintain accurate Ops Center records of requirements, performance metrics, and shipping documentation. - Manage supply‑chain logistics for storage, transportation, and replenishment of assets throughout the pipeline. - Generate purchase requisitions, monitor receipt of items at repair sources, and report status until delivery completion. Further Information About This Opportunity This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth Basic Qualifications • Demonstrated experience with Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Production Control, Inventory Management, and/or other related disciplines. • Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning tool • Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional work environment, working collaboratively in support of a customer or end user Desired Skills • Previous experience with military logistics and/or F-35 Mission Systems • Experience with Inventory and Capital Control. • Seeking a team player with a positive attitude who is a self-starter and familiar with inventory management, financial, contracting, and product support activities. • Candidate should have exceptional organizational, administrative, and planning skills with prior experience managing complex tasks and suppliers. • Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment. • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
