The Lead Network Engineer is responsible for the architecture, implementation, operational support, and continuous improvement of OpenText's global enterprise network infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for network operations, major projects, security initiatives, cloud connectivity, and network modernization efforts across global office locations and datacenters.

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions across global offices, datacenters, and cloud environments.

• Lead network modernization initiatives including SD-WAN, cloud networking, WAN optimization, and network security enhancements.

• Develop network standards, reference architectures, and engineering best practices.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to increase reliability, performance, and security.

• Serve as Tier-3 escalation point for complex network incidents and critical outages.
