Position
Summary The HR Specialist is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR operational support while managing all government relations activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role ensures compliance with Saudi labor regulations and governmental requirements, supports employee lifecycle processes, and acts as the primary liaison with government authorities and external service providers. The position plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting workforce administration, facilitating employee services, and ensuring efficient execution of HR operations. Manage all activities related to government platforms and authorities, including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad... Process and monitor: Employment contracts, Work permits, Iqama issuance and renewals, Visa applications and renewals, Transfer of sponsorship requests, Exit/Re-entry visas, Final exit procedures. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and immigration regulations. Track Saudization requirements and support workforce nationalization initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with government authorities and external service providers. Monitor changes in labor laws and governmental regulations and advise HR leadership accordingly. Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and offboarding. Maintain employee records and personnel files in compliance with company policy and local regulations. Prepare employment letters, salary certificates, and HR documentation. Support payroll administration by ensuring employee data accuracy and timely submission of payroll inputs. Coordinate employee benefits administration, including medical insurance enrollment and changes. Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR system updates. Assist with employee relations matters and disciplinary processes as required. Ensure all employee documentation is complete and audit-ready. Support internal and external audits. Prepare HR metrics, workforce reports, and government compliance reports. Maintain accurate data within HR systems and governmental platforms. Support regulatory submissions and workforce planning requirements.
