The Product Selection Technician is essential to ensuring patients receive their medications in a timely manner . As part of the team, you will have an important, uniquely rewarding role putting your skills and experience to work in a closed-door pharmacy setting. You will make a difference by excelling in a complex, high impact dispensing role and positively impacting the lives of others. You will work alongside a team of talented individuals in a concerted team effort and under the direct supervision of Lead Technicians and Pharmacy Supervisors. The ideal candidate will possess high levels of reliability, accuracy, professionalism, team orientation, and problem-solving skills. As a Product Selection (filling) Technician working in the p harmacy, you w ill be responsible for all aspects of the filling of mail order prescriptions. You get to manually fill prescriptions , label prepackaged medications , and channel fill for the automated machines. As a backend Product Selection Technician , you get to work directly with the medication and the fil l ing or operations of automated machines. It’s critical that you know how to use a 10 keypad and can lift 40 pounds. As a Product Selection Technician you will be standing for the length of your shift.
