As a Vice President, Program/Project Manager within the Regulatory Program Management Office, you will be responsible for leading complex regulatory and non-discretionary initiatives from planning through execution and delivery. You will partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define scope, establish governance, manage project plans, monitor risks and issues, coordinate resources, and provide executive reporting. This role requires strong project management discipline, executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to successfully navigate changing priorities while maintaining a focus on business outcomes and compliance obligations. You will work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment where adaptability, resilience, openness to feedback, and continuous improvement are essential to success.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex regulatory and investor-driven projects in Home Lending. Develop project roadmaps and detailed task plans to ensure timely delivery with compliance deadlines. Facilitate cross-functional sessions to review new regulations, identify impacts, and define business requirements. Assign and track project tasks, drive accountability, and escalate risks or issues as needed. Prepare and present clear, concise updates and materials for executive audiences and governance meetings. Ensure strict adherence to the PMO’s project management framework, maintaining comprehensive, audit-ready documentation. Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 10+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs, ideally in home lending, mortgage servicing, or financial services. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience working within a structured, controlled framework. Proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and shifting priorities and comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to change, and maintaining focus on outcomes. Strong executive presence with experience preparing and presenting materials to senior leaders and governance forums. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across diverse groups. Strong risk management, issue management, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), with the ability to create executive-level materials and manage complex project documentation.
