About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Data Management Analyst to join our Operational Excellence team as a part of Wholesale Lending Operations (WLO). This individual will be responsible for executing FRY14 deliverables and remediating defects on time in coordination with the CBO Production SMEs, CB Data Team, and BCMs. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com. In this role, you will: Support FR Y-14 data quality, status reporting, and regulatory remediation Implement sustainable CBO booking and servicing controls and processes for regulatory and non-regulatory data going forward Serve as a liaison to CBO teams, addressing inquiries related to FR Y-14 data elements, procedures, controls, defects, issues, other non-regulatory data controls, and data management policies and procedures Provide timely support for oversight testing and requests from CBL, DMI, Audit, COSO, Integration Testing & Validation, and regulatory bodies Support system integration testing and validation for WSO Data Management tools Develop the WSO Data Management playbook for defined operating models, processes, and procedures Partner with Commercial Bank Data and CBO Booking and Servicing teams to identify and resolve root causes of FRY14 data defects and issues Relationship management: Build and maintain partnerships across CBO Booking and Servicing, other WSO Operations teams, Commercial Bank Lending and Corporate and Investment Banking Data teams, and Business Controls Management Guide process owners in executing data controls in compliance with enterprise data management policies and standards Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Data management and project management experience Experience with FR Y-14 and other regulatory reporting Ability to effectively manage multiple data projects and priorities concurrently Organized, inquisitive, and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to building relationships Experience supporting operational risk, controls, audits, or regulatory requirements Ability to influence business partners and drive execution across multiple stakeholder groups Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Primary Posting Location: 1525 W W T Harris Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28262-8522 Job Expectations: Ability to work on-site at posted location in compliance with our hybrid schedule.
