About this role
About the team Trust & Safety plays a critical role in protecting users, strengthening platform integrity, and enabling sustainable growth across a complex and evolving global environment. As our platform, products, regulatory obligations, and operating footprint continue to expand, the need for a modern, scalable, and business-relevant risk management capability has never been greater.
The Risk Management & Integrity (RMI) team is the centralized operational risk and internal controls function for Trust & Safety. The team is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and strengthening how risk is managed across the organization, covering enterprise, operational, third-party, regulatory, and emerging risk domains. This includes risks spanning policy, process, systems, platform, people, governance, and control effectiveness. RMI works across product, policy, operations, legal, compliance, privacy, security, and other cross-functional partners to improve risk visibility, strengthen control environments, and enable better decision-making at scale. The team’s mission is not only to identify risks, but to help build the operating mechanisms, organizational discipline, and scalable capabilities required to manage them effectively across global and regional contexts.

The successful candidate will be expected to define the function’s vision, operating model, and priorities, while also engaging directly in high-impact decisions, complex cross-functional issues, leadership forums, and organizational trade-offs. They should be equally comfortable building long-term capability and stepping into operational detail where executive judgment, stakeholder alignment, or direct intervention is needed. We are looking for a leader who can scale an organization, sharpen its focus, strengthen its leadership bench, and clearly connect risk management work to business outcomes, platform resilience, and regulatory readiness.
