Where You’ll Make a Difference Manage go-to-market projects and implement innovative fragrance development strategies. Connect market, customer, and consumer needs to identify, develop, and recommend competitive fragrance solutions that drive business results. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including perfumers, technical experts, consumer insights, and marketing, to uncover challenges and opportunities and develop new fragrance solutions and capabilities. Develop creative strategies in line with Holistic Scent Design principles. Shape the consumer insights strategy by defining key learning objectives and translating consumer understanding into relevant, differentiated solutions. Manage the execution of olfactive strategies by providing creative direction and olfactive guidance to perfumers, encouraging creative exploration and differentiation. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration across functions and levels. Monitor market developments and competitive insights, communicating relevant findings and sharing knowledge across the organization. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Perfumery, Science, Chemistry, Consumer Science, Product Research, or another relevant discipline. Excellent olfactive evaluation and communication skills, including the ability to discriminate and describe fragrances, make olfactive associations, and demonstrate strong odor memory. Ability to identify potential fragrance or technology solutions based on market and consumer relevance. Solid understanding of market and consumer trends, behaviors, and preferences. Understanding of fragrance ingredients and technologies, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and perfumers. Basic technical understanding of fragrance formulations and the ability to assess potential stability risks. Strong project management skills, with a disciplined and process-oriented approach.
