We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to join our Cybersecurity practice within Technology Consulting. This is an opportunity to lead client engagements, manage high-performing teams, develop future talent and deliver practical cybersecurity solutions that support clients’ strategic objectives. The opportunity: your next adventure awaits As a Manager within our Cybersecurity Advisory practice, you will work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries, helping executive leadership teams and organisations navigate cybersecurity, technology risk, digital transformation and the opportunities and challenges presented by emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI). The role requires an individual who can combine strategic thinking, delivery excellence and people leadership to support clients in building secure, resilient and future-ready organisations. Your key responsibilities
Client delivery
Lead and manage cybersecurity engagements from planning through execution and reporting. Deliver high-quality client outcomes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Support organisations in addressing cybersecurity, technology risk, governance, resilience, and transformation challenges. Facilitate workshops, interviews, assessments, and stakeholder engagements. Review and assure the quality of client deliverables and recommendations. Monitor engagement progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and objectives .
Cybersecurity and emerging technology advisory
Support clients in addressing cybersecurity and technology risks associated with digital transformation initiatives. Advise organisations on governance, risk and control considerations relating to emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI). Assist clients in establishing approaches that promote secure, responsible and trusted adoption of new technologies. Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats, technology trends and industry developments to inform client recommendations.
Team leadership
Lead, manage, and motivate project teams across multiple engagements. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement. Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and engagement management activities. Guide teams through fast-paced delivery environments while maintaining quality and consistency. Act as an escalation point for delivery and stakeholder-related matters.
Coaching and talent development
Coach, mentor, and develop consultants and senior consultants. Provide constructive feedback and support individual career growth. Promote knowledge sharing and capability development across the practice. Assist team members in building both technical and consulting skills. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional development .
Innovation and continuous improvement
Encourage the use of technology, AI, digital tools and modern working practices to enhance service delivery. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality across engagements. Contribute to the development of reusable assets, methodologies, and practice capabilities. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging risks, and evolving business challenges .
Business development
Support proposal development, client presentations, and business development activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and market-facing activities. Identify opportunities to expand services and deliver additional value to clients
