Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. Your tasks and responsibilities: You support the planning and implementation of global training activities (virtual & on-site) You contribute to the creation and revision of training materials in German and English (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, videos, digital learning formats) You support the administration of our Learning Management System (e.g. course uploads, reporting, training assignments) You will gain insights into innovative learning methods and modern Learning & Development concepts To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/products-services Your qualifications and experience: You are studying in any field of study, ideally business psychology, psychology, learning or instructional design, media pedagogy, or a comparable field – more important to us than the specific degree is your interest in learning, didactics, and training management You are confident using MS Office (especially PowerPoint); we are happy to teach you everything Your attributes and skills: You have good English skills for working in an international environment, German is a plus You have a strong interest in training, learning, didactics, and digital learning formats and enjoy working in a team You demonstrate strong communication skills, high motivation, and curiosity to further develop your professional skills Do you work independently, ask questions, critically reflect on topics, and contribute your own ideas You are also interested in a working student position after the internship (in consultation with the department) Do your study regulations include an internship for at least ca. 5 months (ca. 750h) and would you like to gain practical experience?
