Group/Division The ICOS Vision Systems division focuses on the backend of the line semiconductor industry providing fully automated tools to inspect and sort, finished integrated circuit packages. For more than 15 years, ICOS has been a market leader with tray-to-tray and tray-to-tape inspection and sorting tools found in the production facilities of all major chipmakers in the world. Our market-leading technology and superior customer service requires strong talent in optics, machine control, algorithms and applications within our engineering teams. The ICOS division headquarters are in Leuven, Belgium with additional engineering and manufacturing operations in Singapore and Shenzhen (China). Job Description/Preferred Qualifications The InSIGHT / ICOS division has the mission to provide cost-effective solutions for wafer and component level inspection and metrology. We effectively partner with field support teams and customers to lower overall fab costs by supplying world-leading high-throughput inspection, metrology and review systems. Our comprehensive product portfolio includes: advanced optical profilers, die sorters, and component inspectors. Besides developing valuable products, the InSIGHT / ICOS division provides support to the customers to achieve performance entitlement through the sharing and implementation of applications BKM (Best Known Methods). Direct the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing. Monitor the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the marketplace. Reduce broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Establish pricing strategies. Interact with engineering, manufacturing and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments.  Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Employees matched to this job family should have responsibility for managing people in addition to product responsibility. Works on issues of diverse scope where requires some level of analysis. Collects data on a variety of factors, including market trends, customer information, competition and environmental information, in order to support or provide input on the company strategies or policies. Executes strategies and supports sales channel for a region or a customer.

MS/MBA/PhD Preferred 3 - 5 years working experience in Semiconductor/Semiconductor Capital Equipment industry in Applications.
