Overview
Are you excited about helping organizations transform the way work gets done through AI? In this role, you will partner with enterprise customers to design, deliver, and scale Microsoft AI, Copilot, and agent-based solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will help customers move from productivity-focused scenarios to business process transformation by leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners, guiding solution strategy, architecture design, deployment, adoption, and value realization. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, address complex business challenges, and deliver secure, scalable, and well-architected solutions aligned with customer goals. You will also act as the voice of the customer within Microsoft, bringing insights, feedback, and industry trends back into the organization to influence solution development, best practices, and innovation. Success in this role requires strong customer focus, technical leadership, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams to accelerate customer success, adoption, and growth. In addition to delivering customer outcomes, you will contribute to building scalable practices by mentoring others, sharing knowledge, developing reusable assets, and helping strengthen Microsoft’s technical community around AI and digital transformation solutions.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities Partner with customers, technical decision makers, and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI and agentic solutions that drive measurable business outcomes and accelerate digital transformation. Design and guide end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and related AI solutions, ensuring alignment with customer goals, security, governance, resiliency, and operational requirements. Deliver value-based engagements, proofs of concept, pilots, and production-ready solutions that accelerate adoption, usage, value realization, and long-term business impact. Act as the voice of the customer by translating customer feedback, business challenges, and industry trends into strategic insights, solution improvements, and scalable practices. Identify, escalate, and help remove business and technical blockers, applying governance and risk management practices to support successful solution deployment and customer success. Drive consumption, usage, and expansion opportunities across Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI, and Microsoft Cloud solutions by aligning technology capabilities to customer business priorities. Contribute to technical communities, mentor colleagues and partners, and develop reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices that enable solutions to scale across customers and industries.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. Professional working proficiency in Portuguese and English. Additional or preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
