Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. 岗位职责 根据作业指导书、工艺文件及质量要求完成产品装配工作。 按照生产计划完成每日生产任务，确保产品质量及交付要求。 正确使用各类装配工具、量具及设备。 负责装配过程中零部件的检查、确认及记录。 及时发现并反馈生产过程中存在的质量异常、安全隐患及设备问题。 严格执行安全操作规程和5S管理要求，保持工作区域整洁有序。 配合班组完成改善活动，提升生产效率和产品质量。 完成上级安排的其他工作任务。 任职要求 工作经验 有制造业生产、装配、机加工、汽车零部件、工程机械等相关工作经验者优先。 技能要求 具备良好的手眼协调能力和动手操作能力。 能够识别简单图纸、工艺文件或装配作业指导书。 能正确使用常见电动工具、气动工具及手动工具。 具备基本质量意识和安全意识。   Posting Dates: 九月 3, 2026 - 九月 10, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  Qualified applicants of any age are encouraged to apply Not ready to apply?
