Responsibilities as below but not limited to:   Operations Management

Support the implementation and execution of operational processes, policies, and procedures. Monitor operational activities and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and quality standards. Track operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Planning & Coordination

Coordinate with internal department to ensure timely completion of operational activities. Support business planning, resource planning, and workforce utilization monitoring. Follow up on key action items, deadlines, and operational initiatives. Facilitate communication between business teams and support functions.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations. Maintain data accuracy across operational trackers and reporting tools.

You are a fresh graduated or having 1 year experience in admin or operation work Preferably major in accounting, finance, business, economics, foreign trade, banking.... Proficient level of business English; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Good in interpersonal and communication skills; Willingness to learn;
