This internship offers hands-on exposure to TA strategy and transformation initiatives across all the markets Asia, Africa and Europe. The intern will work closely with the TA Excellence & Effectiveness team, contributing to both BAU hiring activities and strategic projects. 1. TA Projects & Transformation Support ongoing TA initiatives, including: o    Process standardisation o    Candidate experience improvements o    TA technology (e.g., Workday) enhancements Contribute to change management activities (e.g., communications, adoption tracking)   2. Talent Insights & Reporting Support preparation of TA dashboards and hiring reports Analyse hiring data to identify trends and insights   3.
