About this role
The GTM Strategy & Operations Associate will join a global team driving Datadog’s next phase of growth. We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in tech, management consulting, investment banking and business development to accelerate Datadog’s global growth. We work directly with Datadog’s most senior leaders to set corporate strategy, improve efficiency across the business, support data-driven decision-making, own complex operations, and more.
In this role, you will identify opportunities for revenue growth and design strategic go-to-market (GTM) initiatives by evaluating business tradeoffs and partnering with senior leaders to shape GTM strategy. You will drive key planning processes, including capacity planning and quota planning, optimization and expansion strategies, and KPI design and measurement. Additionally, you will lead critical operational initiatives and long-term strategic projects that improve execution and help build the foundation for the company's continued growth.
At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

• GTM analysis, reporting, and modeling: Analyze sales and GTM data to identify trends and understand efficiency by channel. Develop data models to support GTM planning and quota setting. Collaborate with leaders to adjust strategies as needed.
• Strategic partnership with GTM leaders: Support sales and other GTM leaders by shaping their future vision, prioritizing their objectives, and executing on top objectives.
• Data visualization: Build dashboards to deliver actionable insights
• Support for GTM & Strategy team initiatives: Assist in high-priority projects and initiatives within the broader GTM & Strategy team
