Receive and review shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Process import shipments efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service. Proactively monitor shipments and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Complete invoicing and other related administrative tasks accurately and on time Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided, so this is not essential.
