The Process Assistant will be responsible to manage shift-level execution and associate performance for the assigned site. The Process Assistant will be responsible to manage shift-level execution and associate performance for the assigned site. Key job responsibilities 1- Daily management of shift — start-of-shift readiness, live floor control and end-of-shift handover. 2- Administrative management of associates. 3- Job allocation to associates basis volume, skill matrix and process priority. 4- Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety. 5- Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues. 6- Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans. 7- Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates. 8- Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis.
