This includes ongoing investment in new processes, technologies, and solutions, such as AI and automation, to improve efficiency, quality, and the overall hiring experience. This role is office-based, with five days per week at our Sea Point office. This is an exciting time to join us as we build a more scalable, consistent, and high-performing Talent Acquisition offering to support our hotels with 40,000 hires across 56 countries in EMEA over the next two years
