• The areas where this team s expertise lies include preparing and posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supporting audits, performing variance analysis and providing comments for month over month movement in Trial Balance, performing reporting activities, handling intercompany activities, Fixed Asset and Lease related activities.

• The Account Reconciliation team focuses on general ledger accounting which contains a summary of subledger accounts. The role requires a good understanding of P&L accounts, bookkeeping, journal entries, voucher entry, trial balance and month end reporting. What are we looking for? • Skill required: Record To Report Account Reconciliation • Qualifications: BCom, MCom, ICWA & CA Completed Inter, Manufacturing or Audit Co. Experience • The role may also require expertise in intercompany reconciliations, cutoff policies, transfer pricing policies, formal confirmation policy and procedure, dispute resolution policy and procedure and general procedures. • ERP Systems • Advanced user of Oracle ERP with experience in navigating modules related to GL, FA, Inventory and Reporting.
