We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets. What you’ll do: 
 负责工厂生产运营数据分析与可视化建设，通过构建指标体系、开发BI看板及开展专项分析，支持生产、质量、供应链及管理层决策，推动工厂数字化和持续改善。     根据业务需求建立数据分析模型及关键指标体系，确保数据准确性和及时性。 开发、维护和优化Power BI报表及数据可视化平台，提高数据分析效率。 负责生产、质量、交付等运营数据的监控与分析，识别改善机会。 定期输出数据分析报告，为管理层决策提供数据支持。 与业务部门协作，推动数据驱动的持续改善项目落地。 参与数据治理和数据标准化建设，提高数据质量和应用水平。 持续优化分析工具和方法，提升数据处理效率及业务洞察能力。 完成主管安排的其他工作。  Qualifications: 
 本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机、信息管理、工业工程等相关专业。 0-2年数据分析、BI开发或运营分析相关经验。 精通Excel、PPT等Office办公软件。 熟练使用Power BI进行数据建模及可视化开发。 熟悉SQL数据查询。 熟悉Python、VBA等数据分析工具。 了解数据仓库、数据治理相关知识者优先。 对数据敏感，具备较强的逻辑分析和问题解决能力。 具备良好的沟通协调能力和业务理解能力。 工作认真负责，具备较强执行力。 具备持续学习和主动探索精。 具有团队协作意识和项目推动能力。 At Eaton, we don’t just want to offer you a job, but a journey and experience.
