Job Description
The Lead – Offerings Enablement & Knowledge Management owns the operating model that connects Genpact’s offerings, GTM content, knowledge architecture, AI-enabled recommendations, and sales execution into a unified growth engine. The role partners with Service Lines, Capability teams, Sales, Solutioning, Marketing, Partnerships, and Growth leadership to improve GTM readiness, seller effectiveness, knowledge quality, offering governance, and measurable business impact. Big focus is on Genpact’s Advanced Technology Solutions, and this team is a key enabler that helps Genpact go to market with these. This role exists to ensure Genpact consistently knows what it sells, how it sells it, and how it scales it. The Lead connects offerings, knowledge, AI, analytics, and seller execution into a repeatable growth engine that improves GTM readiness, increases content reuse, strengthens knowledge quality, accelerates seller productivity, and drives measurable pipeline and revenue impact. You will lead a team of offerings & knowledge experts and would be responsible for their growth as well as the growth and visibility of this team.
Key Responsibilities
Offerings Strategy & Governance : Define offering standards, entry criteria, lifecycle governance, portfolio rationalization, and mechanisms for refresh, repositioning, or retirement. GTM Readiness & Commercialization : Own the e2e process of driving gold-standard first-call decks, battlecards, two-pagers, POVs, outreach, launch communications, Offering Hub publication, and SFDC alignment. Tie insights from ‘what we are selling’, ‘industry specific nuances’, and ‘what we are selling’ and derive insights around whitespaces that can help grow accounts. Campaign Enablement : Enable proactive campaigns across the organization with offerings & knowledge embedment, GTM readiness to ensure campaigns are driven to the desired outcomes Knowledge Management : Own knowledge architecture, taxonomy, quality, content lifecycle, SME capture, repository hygiene, discoverability, and reuse across sales and front-end teams. AI & Agentic Enablement : Scale AI-enabled seller experiences, recommendation engines, AI/agentic workflows, adoption governance, and quality assurance across Growth Operations. Governance : Establish monthly governance with business around knowledge & offerings performance across offering traction, adoption, content utilization, pipeline influence, conversation tracking, bookings, and leadership decisioning.
