We are looking for an experienced and inspirational Sales Director Healthcare to lead our Enterprise Healthcare sales team in the Netherlands. This leader will be responsible for driving customer impact, helping healthcare organizations transform the delivery of care through technology, accelerating growth and developing talent. You will lead a team focused on some of the Netherlands' largest healthcare institutions, including academic medical centers, regional hospitals, healthcare providers, and healthcare ecosystem partners.

As Sales Director Healthcare, you will lead the team responsible for building trusted executive relationships, creating strategic growth opportunities, and delivering business outcomes that matter to patients, healthcare professionals, and society.
Responsibilities
Lead and Inspire Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Healthcare sales team. Build a culture of accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning. Drive talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement. Foster a growth mindset and strengthen sales excellence across the organization. Drive Business Growth Own the Healthcare Enterprise business strategy and execution. Drive pipeline creation, qualification rigor, forecasting excellence, and execution discipline. Accelerate adoption of Microsoft AI, Security, Data, Cloud, and Modern Work solutions. Deliver ambitious revenue and consumption growth objectives across the healthcare portfolio. Develop Strategic Customer Relationships Build relationships with C-level healthcare executives, CIOs, CMIOs, digital leaders, and board members.
Position
Microsoft as a trusted advisor on AI transformation, security, resilience, and digital innovation. Shape strategic deals and long-term transformation programs. Orchestrate Across Microsoft Lead virtual teams across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Partner Solutions, Marketing, and Services. Ensure consistent execution of account plans and industry priorities. Leverage Microsoft's global healthcare expertise and ecosystem. Industry Leadership Maintain deep understanding of healthcare market trends, regulatory developments, workforce challenges, AI adoption, and digital health innovation. Represent Microsoft externally with healthcare executives, industry bodies, and strategic partners. Contribute to thought leadership around the future of healthcare in the Netherlands.
Qualifications
Required Significant sales leadership experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, healthcare, or public sector environments. Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams. Demonstrated success driving complex solution sales and executive engagement. Strong coaching, people leadership, and talent development capabilities. Experience managing large-scale strategic opportunities and business planning. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Knowledge of the Dutch healthcare sector and healthcare ecosystem. Experience with cloud, AI, data, cybersecurity, and digital transformation programs.
