This role requires transforming design ideas into functional prototypes swiftly while carefully considering both the technical feasibility and the original design vision. The position demands a thoughtful balance between creativity and practicality to ensure that user interactions are seamless and engaging, contributing significantly to the product s success and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to align prototype development with user experience goals and technical constraints. - Facilitate communication between design and engineering teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding. - Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the project environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Delphix. - Strong knowledge of user interface design principles and prototype development techniques. - Experience in translating complex design concepts into workable software solutions. - Ability to evaluate technical feasibility while maintaining design integrity. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric solutions.
