What the day will look like Regular collaboration with your PFM regarding your ongoing workload/development plans Daily interactions with internal colleagues to discuss and compare work processes/updates On an ad hoc basis you will attend face-to-face team meetings to discuss new/ongoing work Processes Renewing and growing Premium Funding sales in the various client segments Helping to develop relationships with key Client Managers across our business to support their drive to sell Premium Funding and provide excellent service to clients Contributing to overall Client Payment (objectives and growth in other segments) and markets as opportunities arise Developing relationships with colleagues & funders to ensure client needs are met Effectively responding to all queries, concerns and issues from brokers and funders surrounding client issues, defaults and cancellations Identifying process improvement opportunities How this opportunity is different We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Premium Funding Specialist (Fixed-Term) at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities.
