How you will do it Design intuitive and creative learning or performance support tools and sales programs Develop training with an emphasis on innovative learning and performance support that could be used globally Apply what you know about adult learning and share what you learn along the way with the rest of the team Use strong project management skills in developing outcomes that positively impact the business Work very closely with team members who will develop your designs Partner and collaborate with Commercial (Sales) focused learning experience designers (peers) located across the globe Driven curation strategies that pull content from multiple sources across our learning ecosystem Drive in depth discovery and needs analysis with stakeholder and learner interviews Act as an internal consultant  and combine multiple perspectives into holistic solutions that maximize the impact on the business Create and support a strong global team environment Engage commercial partners and stakeholders to develop capability building programs Participate in organizational development exercises including group facilitation, team building, and systems analysis Maintain current knowledge of trends and issues in instructional design and training Understand technology to effectively design your learning and performance support tools Leverage innovative learning technologies and platforms to deploy learning, including the Johnson Controls Workday Learning platform.
