Job Description
Your responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: responsibility for significant volume recruitment in Banking Operational/Risk roles. You will be required to conduct screening calls and progress suitable candidates through to offer. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management: responsibility for ensuring that headcount targets are achieved though assessing large numbers of applications through various recruitment platforms. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and create customized recruitment strategies for various departments. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about labor market trends, talent shortages, and salary benchmarks, particularly within the financial services sector. Advise leadership on talent market conditions and competitor activity. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction, and other relevant KPIs using Workday’s reporting tools to continuously optimize the recruitment process. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, Fitness & Probity, GDPR, and internal company policies. Our requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting for volume roles. Workday Expertise: Proven experience working with the Workday HR platform is preferred although not essential, including managing recruitment workflows, candidate tracking, and generating reports. Proficiency assessing and screening candidates. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with an emphasis on Workday Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize effectively Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Language: Fluent in English and Polish (C2), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
