About this role
We are looking for a product leader that can inspire a team of creative product managers to improve the experience for customers, vendors and sellers in Mexico and Brazil. The role will be critical to achieve business results in MX and BR. You will work closely with business and engineering leaders to set the vision, goals and deliver a better experience. Key job responsibilities - Drive the roadmap to improve FBA seller experience - Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer obsession. - Work with the team to define the vision in each part of the experience to develop the requirements for engineers - Work closely with the FBA business leaders to understand sellers and business needs - Create synergies with other countries to accelerate progress in FBA - Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, business, and other stakeholders to deliver world-class products and features - Set ambitious goals and guide your team to prioritize and make data-driven decisions that balance customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility - Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization. A day in the life This role owns the product strategy and roadmap for technology solutions serving BR and MX. Day-to-day, you define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and drive execution with engineering, design, and science teams. You partner with business leaders, operations, and finance stakeholders to align technology investments with business outcomes. Your customers are internal teams and external sellers or vendors. You solve problems around scalability, localization, and closing capability gaps needed for vendors and selelrs to be successful. You write narratives, help the team find requriements, analyze metrics, and make trade-off decisions across competing priorities.
