Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Process Optimization: Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Data Analysis & Troubleshooting: Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends, troubleshoot operational issues, and propose solutions for continuous improvement. - Compliance & Safety: Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes while ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Technical Support: Provide technical support, training, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to production teams. - Risk & Cost Assessment: Perform risk assessments, process simulations, and cost estimations for manufacturing operations. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in process engineering or a manufacturing environment. Professional Skills: Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Core Competencies: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; familiarity with Six Sigma or lean manufacturing principles is a plus Additional Information Must hold a valid working permit in Malaysia.
