Senior Vice President, Learning & Skills Product Owner We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Learning & Skills Product Owner to join our Colleague Experience team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for learning and skills solutions that help employees grow their capabilities and enable managers and leaders to make informed talent decisions. Lead product discovery efforts using design thinking methodologies, including personal development, user research, journey mapping, data analysis, and experimentation to ensure priorities are grounded in colleague needs and business outcomes. Shape and deliver AI-enabled experiences that personalize learning, surface skill insights, and help leaders identify development opportunities across the workforce. Drive cross-functional collaboration across HR, Technology, Data, and business teams to deliver innovative, scalable products that improve employee growth, internal mobility, and organizational capability. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of product management experience developing and executing strategic product roadmaps in a highly matrixed environment. Experience leading product discovery activities, including user research, persona development, data analysis, and validation of product opportunities. Experience designing, launching, or enhancing AI-enabled products and digital experiences using data and emerging technologies to solve business problems. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead complex initiatives, and drive execution across cross-functional teams.
