What the day will look like Processing and Management of complex and sensitive financial lines claims (such as PI, D&O, BBB, Crime, Cyber, IMI etc) Set claims strategy for complex and contentious claims and lead insurer discussion and negotiation Provide claims advisory and advocacy to clients Conduct claims reviews and produce analytics Providing Litigation support to clients to facilitate the settlement of claims Collaborate with the broader FSPG, identify and develop business opportunities Take responsibility for key accounts and ensuring professional levels of servicing are maintained Participate in client meetings or presentations to promote Aon’s claims capabilities Review and analyse FSPG claims portfolio from time to time and provide strategic advice Coaching and supporting claims team members development Skills and experience that will lead to success Degree qualified (legal qualification preferred) At least 10 years of litigation/financial lines claims experience Experience advocating on clients behalf with insurers / non- standard / high value / complex points of law Must be able to understand and interpret policy wordings precisely and apply the same to real claim cases Results oriented, self-motivated, and accountable on assigned task Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin will be an added advantage Understanding of the role of broking company in the claims arena, ability to interpret policy wordings, ability to maintain senior level insurer and client relationships, flexibility and creativity in negotiation #Aon #AonHongKong #Claims #FinancialLines 2584858
