This role will support quality improvement initiatives, corrective action efforts, and continuous process optimization.

Support capability studies on critical manufacturing processes. Assist with quality improvement initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts. Monitor processes; collect, verify, evaluate, and analyze data. Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) and Nonconformance (NC) initiatives. Assist with internal and external audits. Perform analytical and statistical analysis to support process optimization and daily operations. Conduct first article inspections and review visual aids. Complete defect analysis reporting. Perform Material Review Board (MRB) activities on sustained products. Participate in Corrective Action Committee (CAC) meetings and continuous improvement activities. Conduct line audits and product audits. Support Quality Engineering initiatives, including APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning). Follow all company safety, health, and security policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
