Its strong fan base is fueled by enthusiasts of its signature Spacedye fabric and lifestyle essentials including outerwear, lifestyle pants, fleece and beyond. Beyond Yoga seeks to inspire growth in mind, body and in connection with community.  In September 2021, we joined Levi Strauss & Co., one of the world’s largest brand-name apparel companies and a global leader in jeanswear. Beyond Yoga benefits from our relationship with LS&Co.’s global capabilities. For more information, go to   beyondyoga.com About the Job You will be accountable for operational excellence in execution of daily store procedures, payroll management, cash handling and inventory control You will support the Store Manager in leading the team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and financial plan with a primary focus on employee engagement and a collaborative selling environment Accountable to store manager for driving process adoption, opening and closing the store as a visible service leader and supporting resolution of customer concerns with a positive outcome Assess and strategize how to drive performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour and other measurable KPI’s) Assist in the interviewing, hiring, training and retention of store team Support the onboarding process for new hires educating on Beyond Yoga core values, product knowledge, selling culture, and other employee responsibilities Execute flawless store visual presentation by following corporate visual direction and recommending merchandising adaptations where needed Ensure sound product inventory management through accurate receiving and sending processes, aides in the completion of all required business directives (ex. price changes/retickets, RTVs, markdowns, transfers); Prevent losses by educating associates on customer service and ensuring company policies are being followed. Coach and develop staff to increase their knowledge and skill sets, providing opportunities for continued development and growth within the organization. Manage minor employee relations issues including performance management. Hold associates accountable for following Beyond Yoga and LS&Co policies and procedures.
