What You’ll Do for Us Develop and execute a comprehensive regulatory compliance strategy for equipment platforms to ensure alignment with local and global standards while enabling rapid market introduction. Partner with Scientific and Regulatory Affairs (SRA), Quality, and Platform leads to embed scientific validation, safety testing protocols, and compliance requirements early in development stages. Oversee the governance framework for equipment regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle, ensuring continuous audit readiness and adherence to risk-based quality processes. Monitor and interpret global regulatory landscape trends impacting beverage dispensing and equipment technology, providing early insights to mitigate potential risks. Lead the compilation and maintenance of technical documentation, safety certifications, and testing data required for product approval in multiple jurisdictions . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Government Affairs, Innovation, PAC, and key suppliers (OEM/JDM/Contract Manufacturers), to ensure consistency and transparency in compliance practices. Drive standardization of compliance processes across markets to reduce certification timelines and promote operational efficiency. Maintain a repository of scientific evidence and testing data that underpins regulatory submissions and supports product safety claims globally. Provide compliance governance support for introduction of new technologies , ensuring regulatory readiness for innovative equipment platforms including Freestyle, vending, and microdosing systems. Influence internal stakeholders by communicating complex regulatory requirements in clear, actionable terms that enable faster, risk-informed decisions on commercialization strategies. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Regulatory Science, Food Science, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, or related technical function within a global manufacturing, food & beverage, or equipment industry environment. Demonstrated expertise in certification processes, product safety standards, and governance systems for durable goods or food-contact equipment. Proven ability to interpret and apply international regulatory frameworks, certifications, and emerging compliance requirements in markets worldwide. Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, audit processes, and quality management systems. Ability to create and manage technical documentation, validation protocols, and scientific
