Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and projects. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status updates. Manage campaign-level logistics and execution activities. Coordinate with Creative, Content, Media, Digital, Analytics, Legal, and Sector Marketing teams. Facilitate project kickoffs, stakeholder reviews, and approval workflows. Track risks, dependencies, issues, and escalate roadblocks as needed. Monitor project budgets and support financial tracking. Manage relationships with external agencies and promotional vendors. Maintain project documentation and workflow records in Workfront and related tools. Ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and quality standards. Support campaign launch readiness and post-launch monitoring activities. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or campaign execution Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Proven proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail and a focus on execution excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting marketing, digital, customer experience, or campaign execution initiatives. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). Experience working with external agencies, vendors, or procurement processes. Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, Agile, or related certification.
