Senior Staff Engineer FAE Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Collaborate with sales as the first contact window of Infineon automotive customer in Chongqing Sell and promote Infineon automotive products and the differentiating features/solutions to customers to win more business Offer Infineon Automotive MCU technical support to the design-in activities as well as the problems/issues solving in customer project development and mass production stage Collaborate with marketing to promote Infineon Automotive MCUs and next generations to Tier-1s/OEMs customer Collect MCU requirements from local customers and feedback to product line for new product definition Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed BS/MS in EE or Computer Science and 5+ years of MCU development/support experience Be familiar with major automotive MCU architecture, like Tricore/ARM Cortex R52/RH850/RISC V etc. Be familiar with MCU peripherals widely used in Automotive applications, like ADC/ GTM/ CAN/ LIN/ SPI/ Ethernet etc. System development experience & application knowhow of Traction inverter/OBC-DCDC/ BMS/ Steering/Braking/Suspension is preferred Experience of MCAL configuration and AUTOSAR development is preferred Experience of MCU peripheral drivers or examples development required Experience of developing embedded MCU code in C and assembly language required Experience of Automotive cybersecurity and functional safety required Experience of MCU failure analysis experience is preferred Basic project management competency in managing the business-win in customer Good communication and presentation skills High-level of self-discipline and innovative Good team-work spirit Willingness to travel Fluent in English (written and oral) #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
