We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst Technical Infrastructure to join our GenAI Deployment and Support - Global Finance Services Division. This role involves the scope, deliverables, and engagement requirements for professional services supporting enterprise Digital Signage and Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) technologies. The service provider ("Contractor") shall deliver technical services and project support designed to improve platform reliability, user experience, operational efficiency, and service sustainability. The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore  Office, KA-India What you will do Digital Signage Services Provide services related to the enterprise Digital Signage platform (CommandCenter HD), including:Configuration and optimization of content, media, playlists, player devices, displays, scheduling, templates, layouts, and access controls Design and implementation of enhancements to improve content delivery, platform performance, and audience experience Monitoring and evaluation of platform performance, availability, and operational health Analysis and resolution of platform related issues Development of documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and administrative procedures UCC Endpoint and Collaboration Services Provide services supporting Unified Communications & Collaboration technologies, including:Configuration and optimization of common area phones, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Teams External Calling, telecommunications devices, and voice gateways Development and enhancement of Amazon Connect frameworks and contact flows Support for approved UCC initiatives, including POTS line elimination, analog gateway retirement, endpoint modernization, and Microsoft Teams Rooms expansion Analysis and resolution of endpoint, collaboration, and voice service issues Recommendations and implementation activities intended to improve service availability, resiliency, and user experience Deliverables Configured and optimized Digital Signage environments and associated platform components Implemented UCC endpoint and collaboration technology enhancements Amazon Connect frameworks, contact flows, and supporting documentation Technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials Status reports, implementation summaries, and recommendation documents as defined by approved project activities What you will have  Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with at least 6+ years of experience Should have the ability to learn new skills at a faster pace. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and conceptualization skills.
