Purpose

The Global Supply Manager is responsible for managing supplier relationships, executing strategic sourcing initiatives, and ensuring the availability of critical components, materials, and manufacturing capabilities required to develop, build, commission, and scale Divergent's next-generation 3D printing and advanced manufacturing platforms.

The primary focus of this role is supporting Divergent's internal printer and manufacturing technology development, with responsibility spanning sourcing, supplier management, commercial negotiations, and procurement execution for development builds. The role will also support automotive and aerospace programs through sourcing and supplier management, particularly for complex components, long-lead requirements, and critical supply chain needs.

Operating independently within assigned categories and programs, this individual manages supplier relationships and executes sourcing activities while driving hands-on procurement execution. The successful candidate combines strategic sourcing, technical supplier collaboration, and commercial execution, balancing cost, quality, delivery, capacity, and risk while contributing to the continued development of a scalable procurement organization.
