CMG-JBS Business Support Analyst Role No independent financial delegation—all expenditures require approval from CMG JBS Director or Manager of Operations. Key Relationships Reports to : Assigned Manager for daily operations, risks, and assistance Internal : Collaborates with team members and brokers to support knowledge sharing and strategic goals External : Communicates with brokers and external parties regarding documentation and file clarification Primary Responsibilities Client Service Excellence Manage time effectively to meet quality service standards and deadlines Maintain accuracy and compliance with industry/client requirements Handle inbound calls and client requests promptly Monitor internal systems throughout workflow lifecycle Performance Management Track performance against KPIs and adjust work processes accordingly Complete additional duties as assigned by Manager Required Qualifications & Experience Education : Tertiary qualifications in property-related discipline preferred Experience : Minimum 2-3 years in Administration or property industry Technical : Intermediate MS Office proficiency; Accounts Payable/Receivable and PeopleSoft experience advantageous Essential Skills Strong time management and customer service capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail and accuracy Adaptability to changing priorities and industry requirements Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly Independent work style with proactive problem-solving Performance Metrics Productivity : Action priority queues within 2 hours; daily system updates with accurate notes Quality : Complete all requests within preferred timeframes following standard procedures Team Collaboration : Positive feedback from stakeholders and CMG team; assist colleagues during quiet periods Continuous Improvement : Identify and participate in service quality enhancements and business development opportunities Location: On-site –Taguig, Philippines If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
